Staff Service:

Arrival Experience:
  • Greeted at valet and desk.
  • Has nothing to do with the hotel, more in line with the ability to park to unload because of the traffic around the building. At the time, we had to circle the building while waiting on the unloading zone to clear.

Additional Comments:
  • Overall experience was nice as well as the staff attitude
  • For the price paid and service received, this was not a value nor up to what I expect from a Marriott property. Very disappointed!
  • If I could rate the overall service of the Renaissance more than a 10, I would be happy to do so. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I don’t think I opened a door from the time I arrived until the time I left. The staff talks to you, smiles at you, have very pleasant attitudes and neat appearance. I travel approximately 150 days per year and can honestly say, this hotel is my favorite! I appreciate the extra effort the staff goes to in order to make a business travelers stay so pleasant.

  • I just don’t understand how cheaper hotels can offer free internet in the room but higher end hotels can’t. My travel budget was very tight so I could not afford to pay your internet fees to have internet service in the room. This made it very difficult to take care of business at the office. had to wait until I could either take my laptop to the lobby or use the conference’s cyber cafe. It just seems like most hotels should be able to provide free internet in the rooms especially during conferences.
  • _________ checked us in and was very friendly and accommodating. Top notch in my book and I travel to many places and for many weeks every year. Please tell him thanks. The valets were also exceptional and went out of their way—above and beyond!
  • Each person took total responsibility for what was needed or requested. We did not hear, “I’ll get back to you” or “Let me check on that” or, “I’ll see if that person/service is available.” Everyone seemed empowered. Nice!
